About the Role
• Greet prospective residents promptly and courteously. • Qualify apartment applicants thoroughly and efficiently. • Coordinate with maintenance to ensure smooth resident move‑ins. • Maintain up‑to‑date rental files and accurately enter data. • Prepare leases and oversee signing by new residents. • Complete monthly administrative tasks and keep property paperwork organized. • Resolve resident maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payments.

What You Bring
