About the Role
The Operator II is responsible for assembling or packing various products and performing necessary quality tests according to product specifications while ensuring production demands are met. The role includes recognizing basic equipment errors and reporting or performing basic troubleshooting tasks. Production duties include operating and controlling auxiliary and semi‑automatic equipment, assisting higher‑level operators, training lower‑level operators, using measuring equipment to ensure quality specifications are met, operating material handling equipment, updating CIP boards via the shop floor management system, performing basic troubleshooting, and running multiple machines while maintaining required output. Supply raw material responsibilities involve visually checking workstations for low supplies, pulling supplies from designated stock areas, transporting materials to and from workstations using appropriate handling equipment, and notifying the supervisor or material handler when supplies reach reorder levels. Quality and testing tasks require testing and inspecting produced products to confirm they meet all quality specifications, reporting out‑of‑spec items to supervision or quality personnel, executing non‑conforming product procedures, isolating or reworking items that fail to meet standards, and accurately inputting data into the quality control system. Additional duties may include participation in 6S activities, workshops, meetings, and cross‑functional training, and the role may require working different shifts and wearing required PPE for the designated work area. • Operate and control auxiliary and semi‑automatic production equipment. • Assist higher‑level operators and train lower‑level operators. • Use measuring tools to verify that products meet quality specifications. • Operate material handling and processing equipment and update CIP boards via the shop floor system. • Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and run multiple machines while maintaining required output. • Visually monitor workstations, pull and transport supplies, and alert supervisors when inventory reaches reorder levels. • Test and inspect finished products, report out‑of‑spec items, and execute non‑conforming product procedures. • Isolate, rework, or discard items that do not meet specifications and record accurate data in the quality control system. • Participate in 6S activities, workshops, meetings, and cross‑functional training as needed. • Follow safety protocols, wear required PPE, and adapt to shift changes.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate possesses basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, good manual dexterity with very small parts, the ability to perform repetitive functions, effective communication skills, and the capability to interpret work orders, instructions, blueprints, or drawings while maintaining a positive attitude and high quality standards. Education requirements are a high school diploma or equivalent with 6‑12 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
