About the Role

• Contribute to creating a safe working environment • Produce and negotiate subcontract documentation, including terms, prices, and schedules • Manage subcontract work packages, performing interim assessments and change management • Issue commercial notices to the client and subcontractors as required by the contract • Manage contract changes, including compensation event quotations, and submit monthly applications to the client • Collaborate with operational and engineering teams to maintain proper site records • Generate detailed monthly reports, cost value reconciliation (CVR), and maintain a comprehensive cost plan • Attend progress and risk reduction meetings, applying contractual expertise to support estimating and bid teams

What You Bring

• Demonstrate good appreciation of standard forms of contract • Possess strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and cost management systems such as CEMAR and Oracle • Exhibit strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities • Maintain solid knowledge of construction processes • Show first‑class time and outcome management skills • Hold professional qualification such as MCIOB or MRICS (desirable) and work towards full membership • Hold a relevant degree and/or experience in a commercial environment • Hold an appropriate CSCS card
