About the Role

The New Home Consultant manages the home‑purchase journey from the first customer contact to closing, aiming to create a delighted experience. Daily duties include operating Welcome Home Centers, processing sale agreements, and meeting sales targets aligned with company plans. Key responsibilities involve engaging visitors to uncover their buying needs, generating leads through community outreach and realtor partnerships, and maintaining deep knowledge of market offerings and community features. The consultant provides consistent follow‑through from initial contact through post‑closing, participates in sales meetings and promotions, and ensures model homes and inventory are well maintained while completing required training and community events. • Engage visitors and assess home‑buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy. • Generate sales leads through community events, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting. • Guide customers from initial contact through post‑closing, documenting all communications. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs. • Ensure Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes are well‑maintained. • Complete required training, attend community events, and support phone‑bank initiatives.
