About the Role
This role drives insights and actions from data and analytics while presenting compelling narratives that influence decision‑making and enhance performance. The individual collaborates with various functions to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and analysis. They also promote a culture of change and continuous improvement by working with FP&A counterparts to leverage best practices and increase the efficiency of the FP&A function. • Organize and execute the planning and forecasting process, aligning the division to defined targets. • Provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations to leaders based on data‑driven insights and scenario modeling. • Create and deliver presentations that clearly communicate complex financial information. • Identify and implement opportunities to improve FP&A processes, tools, and capabilities. • Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and other functions to align financial goals and support growth initiatives. • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to spot trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, three years of experience in finance roles, and strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Candidates should be proficient with financial software tools for reporting, planning, and driving insights.
