About the Role

The Scrum Master will act for one or more agile teams, facilitating ceremonies with an emphasis on business value, time‑to‑market, and adoption. Responsibilities include identifying and removing impediments related to data quality, system integration, model readiness, regulatory considerations, and vendor dependencies, as well as partnering with stakeholders to navigate competing priorities and translate AI delivery constraints into commercial impacts. Coordination with the external AI platform provider is essential to align vendor roadmaps with internal sprint objectives, manage cross‑team dependencies, and ensure compliance with enterprise data security and governance standards. The role also provides transparent reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies, promotes consistent agile practices across regions, and coaches teams and stakeholders in a client‑driven environment. • Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams delivering AI‑enabled CRE solutions. • Facilitate agile ceremonies with focus on business value, time‑to‑market, and adoption. • Identify and remove impediments related to data quality, system integration, model readiness, regulatory and vendor issues. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align competing commercial priorities and translate AI constraints into business impact. • Coordinate with third‑party AI platform provider to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and ensure data security and governance compliance. • Provide transparent reporting on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple AI initiatives. • Promote consistent agile practices across regions and coach teams and stakeholders in agile ways of working. • Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, tooling, and vendor engagement models.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead the delivery of AI‑enabled solutions for a global Commercial Real Estate (CRE) business. The role works across multiple business lines and a third‑party AI platform provider, applying agile delivery disciplines to drive measurable business outcomes while managing platform and vendor dependencies. Key qualifications include demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master delivering complex digital, data, or analytics solutions, strong understanding of Agile/Scrum applied pragmatically in enterprise settings, and proven ability to manage delivery involving third‑party technology providers. Desired experience includes work in Commercial Real Estate or PropTech, exposure to AI/ML and data platforms, and Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent). • Essential: proven Scrum Master experience delivering complex digital, data, or analytics solutions in enterprise environments. • Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge applied pragmatically across multiple business units. • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Ability to manage third‑party technology/vendor relationships and dependencies. • Desirable: experience in Commercial Real Estate, PropTech, or asset‑heavy industries; exposure to AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data platforms; familiarity with CRE data domains; experience in scaled or federated agile environments; Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, etc.).
