About the Role
As an entry‑level engineer, you will support engineering teams on inspiring, demanding, and collaborative designs, learning from others while contributing innovative solutions and ensuring client satisfaction. The fast pace and close camaraderie define the role. • Write progress and other reports. • Develop and administer pre‑functional checklists. • Perform functional testing of low‑level systems using provided test scripts (e.g., VAVs, unit heaters, lighting controls, circuit verification, RPPs). • Identify and resolve problems proactively. • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of work assignments. • Assist engineers with field investigations, site visits, and project coordination meetings. • Participate in EDT program training sessions and related support activities. • Attend continuing‑education seminars on technical or professional topics.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate thrives in a team setting, can work independently when needed, and is eager to learn, expanding knowledge through hands‑on experience and the firm’s technical resources. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university with a graduation date of Winter 2025, Spring or Summer 2026. Prior engineering internship experience, familiarity with the latest MEP AutoCAD (REVIT a plus), and proficiency in design, calculation software and the MS Office suite are desired. • Collaborate effectively in team settings and work independently when needed. • Demonstrate eagerness to learn and expand hands‑on engineering experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (graduating Winter 2025–Summer 2026). • Prior engineering internship (preferred). • Proficiency with latest MEP AutoCAD; REVIT experience a plus. • Skilled in design and calculation software and MS Office Suite.
