About the Role

The Electrical PM will direct both telecommunications/data systems and electrical work throughout all project phases, from conceptual design to final completion, supporting the organization’s mission and values. This role involves leading project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of a large‑scale ambulatory care center and dental clinic. • Lead electrical and telecommunications projects for a large ambulatory care center and dental clinic. • Manage all project phases from conceptual design through final completion. • Oversee telecommunications/data systems alongside electrical construction work. • Coordinate with stakeholders to align projects with organizational mission and values.

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in electrical, telecommunications, electronics engineering, construction management, or a related field is required, though equivalent experience may be considered. Candidates must have at least five years of project management experience on commercial or industrial projects, and eight years or more as a project engineer, assistant project manager, or superintendent in the electrical and telecommunications construction industry; design‑build experience is a plus. Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in engineering design, systems, and standards, as well as strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with software such as McCormick, Primavera P6, Autodesk Build, BIM, and Revit is preferred. Required certifications include CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30‑hour; STS certification and LEED GA or AP/AP+ are desirable. Relocation to Guantanamo Bay is mandatory, and candidates must possess a valid passport and undergo thorough background screening. All hires must provide proof of identity and U.S. work authorization, pass a drug screen, and clear a Department of Defense background check for access to the military base.
