About the Role
We are looking for a super‑organised, calm‑under‑pressure Resource Planner to join our friendly team in Stevenage. The role involves ensuring repairs and maintenance services run smoothly, booking appointments for residents, monitoring progress and making sure operatives are in the right place at the right time. You will manage the scheduling workflow, coordinate operatives and keep the service delivery on track, supporting both residents and the maintenance team. • Book repair appointments and monitor their progress. • Ensure operatives are fully scheduled and working efficiently. • Follow up on emergency and missed jobs. • Maintain diaries with holidays, training and follow‑on work. • Track daily progress to guarantee timely job completion. • Use scheduling software in a busy, customer‑focused environment. • Travel to Stevenage monthly for meetings and attend 1‑2 weeks of initial training.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has experience using scheduling software in a busy, customer‑focused environment, preferably in repairs or maintenance. Strong communication skills, a team‑player attitude and a passion for getting things organised are essential. You must be eligible to work in the UK, reside in England or Wales, and be willing to travel to Stevenage for monthly meetings and an initial training period. The closing date is Monday 26 January 2026 at midnight. This is a hybrid role based in Stevenage, with a requirement to travel once a month for a team meeting and 1‑2 weeks for initial training. • Communicate effectively with residents, operatives and team members. • Meet eligibility to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales.

Benefits
Location: Hybrid/Kings Court, Stevenage. Salary: £32,709 – £37,909 per annum. 39‑hour week on a permanent contract.
