About the Role
Key duties include preparing and supplying material to assembly lines, verifying shipments against bills of lading, packing slips and invoices, unpacking and routing inbound deliveries, and reporting any defective materials. The clerk uses radio‑frequency (RF) scanning equipment to move material, conduct cycle counts, trigger replenishment, and ensure accurate data entry into the ERP system while following quality, safety and environmental procedures. • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices. • Prepare and supply material to assembly lines per company requirements. • Unpack, examine, and route inbound shipments; report defective materials. • Load and unload trucks and move material between storage locations and docks. • Operate RF scanning devices to complete material moves, conduct cycle counts, and trigger replenishment. • Follow ERP, quality, safety, and environmental procedures consistently. • Perform special projects and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Operate forklift, overhead crane, and other material‑handling equipment safely. • Maintain accurate inventory stock levels and report discrepancies.

What You Bring
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and possess at least three years of shipping, receiving or material‑handling experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, and the ability to operate a forklift, overhead crane, and other equipment, as well as strong interpersonal, written and oral communication, basic math, and computer skills, is preferred. • Demonstrate strong communication, math, and PC skills for effective documentation. • Possess at least three years of shipping/receiving or material‑handling experience. • Hold a high school diploma or GED; obtain required vehicle licenses when necessary. • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
