About the Role

The Mechanical Project Inspector supports facilities‑management projects by providing quality‑control and inspection expertise for mechanical systems, especially in healthcare construction. This role ensures that materials, equipment, and installations meet contract specifications throughout fabrication, delivery, and field installation phases. • Inspect site materials, installations, and layout to evaluate acceptability. • Notify contractors of unacceptable work with CCM approval. • Serve as liaison among CCM, operations, owner, and contractor during construction. • Perform or supervise quality‑control testing and maintain detailed project records. • Verify contractor quantities for monthly pay estimates. • Engage in self‑development to enhance skills and prepare for career progression. • Attend work during normal business hours and perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation for this full‑time role ranges from $66,600 to $84,333 annually, based on geography, experience, and client needs, with flexibility to adjust.
