About the Role
The Operations Supervisor is an integral part of the operations team. They oversee many aspects of the day‑to‑day operations including but not limited to ensuring the operators follow proper safety protocol, onboarding and training new operators, and customer service to clients. • Ensure operators adhere to safety protocols. • Lead onboarding and training programs for new operators. • Manage client-facing customer service activities. • Contribute to a market‑leading non‑destructive hydro‑excavation company.
