About the Role

The Senior Warehouse and Logistics Specialist will support global biometrics solutions for federal partners, enhancing national security. This role involves managing the end‑to‑end logistics of equipment used in biometric network installations. Key duties include inventory management, surveying, pre‑planning, forecasting, ordering, pre‑staging, and shipping equipment, as well as tracking all equipment sent off‑site for repair or use. The specialist will also receive, unpack, inventory, and stock equipment while maintaining property inventory records and providing warehouse customer service support to the engineering team. • Manage inventory, surveying, pre‑planning, forecasting, ordering, pre‑staging, and shipping of biometric equipment. • Track off‑site equipment repairs and shipments, monitoring costs and transport methods. • Receive, unpack, inventory, and stock incoming equipment while maintaining property inventory records. • Provide warehouse customer service support to the engineering team. • Apply 8+ years of inventory management experience and forecasting expertise for equipment deployment. • Develop workflow processes and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. • Identify opportunities to reduce shipping costs.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience, along with 8+ years of relevant experience managing large inventories. An active Secret security clearance (or higher) is required. Desired qualifications include experience developing workflow processes, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate concisely using various styles appropriate to the audience. • Hold an active Secret (or higher) security clearance.
