About the Role
The Project Administrator supports the Commissioning Management Team and project staff by delivering professional, efficient administrative services. The position assists the Senior Project Administrator in meeting key objectives while complying with quality management systems, and performs general duties such as preparing correspondence, managing spreadsheets, reporting, and maintaining databases and filing systems. • Create Pursuits and Live Bid folders for incoming information. • Ensure all documentation follows required templates. • Produce weekly pursuit and revenue forecast reports from internal platform. • Maintain client contacts in the CRM system. • Support actions from monthly Board Meetings. • Answer incoming calls and greet visitors as needed. • Organize and update both hard‑copy and electronic filing systems. • Provide support to meet key objectives in line with quality management systems. • Develop and implement administrative systems when required. • Maintain computer records and respond to customer queries. • Assist with Resource Allocation Reviews and generate staff utilisation reports. • Prepare cost reports and manage travel and accommodation bookings for staff. • Monitor travel compliance requirements, including Brexit and COVID‑19 regulations. • Update electronic records of engineer movement and analyse trends. • Evaluate supplier pricing and recommend cost‑saving options. • Ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is current and distributed to engineers.

What You Bring
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook. • Ability to take direction from multiple professional levels. • Strong performance under pressure in team environments; independent work capability. • Experience in a similar Project Accountant role (advantageous). • High school diploma or equivalent. • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional with multitasking ability. • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Outlook. • Ability to handle confidential information. • Flexibility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks for various managers in a fast‑paced setting. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, proofreading, and telephone etiquette.
