About the Role

The Senior Project Scheduler will support the Power Delivery segment by developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules and baselines using Primavera P6 and Critical Path Methodology. The role includes resource and cost loading, network logic validation, progress tracking, and performance reporting, while ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. The scheduler will also analyze critical paths, identify risks, propose mitigations, and advise the project team on corrective actions. • Create and maintain project baseline schedules in Primavera P6 using Critical Path Methodology. • Load schedules with resource and cost data. • Analyze and validate network logic, removing unnecessary dependencies. • Perform weekly and monthly schedule updates by gathering data from project managers, superintendents, and financial analysts. • Generate performance reports such as Critical Activities, Baseline Deviation, Earned Value, and Commodity Curves, plus monthly schedule narratives. • Calculate CPI/SPI using earned value principles and analyze recovery options for slipped schedules.

What You Bring

The position requires 8‑10 years of construction scheduling experience, preferably on large overhead transmission line or substation projects, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management. Candidates must be proficient in Primavera P6, CPM, and Earned Value Management, and possess strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with AACE, PMI, and optionally Tilos software are also desired. • Proficient in Primavera P6 and CPM for construction scheduling. • Knowledge of PMI, AACE best practices, and scheduling standards. • Ability to create reports by extracting data from multiple software platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Experience with P6 and Tilos (preferred). • 8–10 years of experience scheduling construction projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent. • Experience on large overhead transmission line and substation projects (preferred). • Experience with mega‑linear construction projects. • Extensive engineering and construction background, especially in substation and transmission work (preferred).
