About the Role

The EMEA Project Coordinator will support BlackRock by delivering Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) projects across the EMEA portfolio. Reporting to the EMEA Technical Project Manager, the role coordinates logistics, occupancy and desk movements, and broad MAC programmes while assisting the wider facilities team when capacity allows. Key duties include building effective communication channels with clients, JLL, and vendors, preparing and maintaining reports and trackers, and managing dependencies across teams. The coordinator will handle confidential MAC plans, support the creation of feasibility reports, costings and MAC packages, and continuously improve processes and client satisfaction. Responsibilities also cover capturing scope details, raising purchase orders, preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, using the Corrigo maintenance system, managing vendor access, tracking occupancy changes, and compiling weekly status reports and handover documents. Health and safety responsibilities involve promoting a “Safety First” culture, ensuring awareness of hygiene, health, safety and fire regulations, recording and reporting accidents, maintaining equipment, and making sure all company procedures are understood and practiced by employees. • Coordinate Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) projects across EMEA sites. • Maintain clear communication with client, JLL teams, and vendors. • Prepare and update MAC reports, trackers, and feasibility documents. • Manage dependencies and resource requirements across all parties. • Ensure confidentiality of MAC plans and related information. • Capture scope details, track progress, costs, and due dates in systems. • Raise purchase orders and manage specialist vendor engagements. • Organize regular MAC meetings, chase actions, and record minutes. • Utilize Corrigo to input and track MAC activities and maintenance tasks. • Manage vendor access and security arrangements for site work. • Track and record all occupancy changes, desk swaps, and layout updates. • Compile weekly MAC status reports and handover documentation. • Support CDM documentation preparation and audit filing. • Promote a “Safety First” culture and ensure compliance with health and safety policies. • Record and report incidents, maintain equipment, and enforce procedure adherence. • Conduct analytical reporting, forecasting, and statistical analysis. • Interpret drawings, plans, and schematics for project execution.

What You Bring

The role operates across the EMEA portfolio, with English as the primary language, reporting to the Technical Project Manager, and working a standard Monday‑to‑Friday schedule. Occasional weekend or public‑holiday work may be required, and travel across the region is expected.
