About the Role
The role supports electricians in planning, layout, installation, testing, and repair of wiring, fixtures, motors, and control systems, following all applicable plans, codes, and industry standards. Candidates must be able to follow direction from higher‑skilled workers or foremen and may be called upon to work in other trades as needed. • Maintain positive working relationships with all crew members. • Produce high‑quality work safely and productively at all times. • Provide feedback to ensure materials, tools, equipment, and information are available for the work. • Continuously share knowledge and teach others. • Inspect subordinates' work for accuracy and compliance, explain deficiencies, and take corrective action. • Eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, transporting, material storage, and time. • Lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lb. • Climb and maintain balance on steel/wood frameworks, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds. • Lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb occasionally; frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate high proficiency in trade mathematics. • One to two years of experience in industrial/commercial construction with general electrical trade understanding. • NCCER Core Curriculum and/or high school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Work up to 12‑hour shifts performing hard physical labor in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions. • Comply with all safety standards and wear required PPE (steel‑toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, vest). • Move in confined, cluttered, uneven areas; reach above shoulder height and below waist frequently; stoop, kneel, bend occasionally.
