About the Role

The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous waste removal services for customers. The driver also ensures the vehicle meets Company safety standards, complies with all state and federal regulations, and completes daily vehicle condition reports (VCRs). Key duties include conducting thorough pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, following route sheets and maps to service each customer, and operating manual or automatic controls to lift, load, compact, and dispose of waste at designated facilities. The driver interacts courteously with customers and dispatchers, identifies and tags unsatisfactory waste containers, monitors waste for violations, and cleans any accidental spills in accordance with safety policies. Additional responsibilities involve maintaining vehicle cleanliness, completing productivity and status reports, adhering to productivity standards, and actively participating in the Company’s ReSOP safety program.

Applicants must hold a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brakes endorsement. The position offers a pay range of $22.40 to $30.80 per hour, depending on locality, and eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package.
