About the Role

The Practice Lead will manage and expand multi-discipline teams delivering water treatment, pumping, and large-diameter conveyance projects. They will drive business development, maintain strong client relationships, and provide strategic vision and goal setting for the practice. Leadership duties include operating with integrity, communicating openly with partners, mentoring staff, and ensuring profitable project delivery. What You Bring

Candidates must have at least ten years of civil engineering experience in utility water projects, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and an Oklahoma Professional Engineer license. Proven business development ability, established contacts with municipalities and water authorities, and a track record of winning work are essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and technical problem-solving skills, along with the capacity to manage and mentor staff profitably, are required. • 10+ years of civil engineering experience in utility water projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Oklahoma PE license. • Proven ability to win work through business development. • Strong communication, leadership, and technical problem‑solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably and mentor staff.
