About the Role
As a Production Trainer you will deliver new‑employee and refresher training, organise and maintain the training centre, develop weekly and monthly training plans, document presentations and records, and keep competency matrices aligned with skill levels. You will also provide technical hydraulic training, up‑skill staff on tool use, train individuals on crusher setup, assist with interviews, support training audits, and handle ad‑hoc tasks for the Quality manager. • Deliver new employee production training and ongoing refresher sessions. • Organise and maintain the Production training centre with weekly/monthly training plans. • Document training presentations and maintain accurate training records. • Update competency matrices for all production areas according to pay‑band skill levels. • Provide technical hydraulic training, covering the Hydraulic Safety Roadmap. • Upskill team members on proper tool usage and maintenance. • Conduct on‑the‑job training for crusher setup on the production line. • Assist in interviewing new applicants and assess basic mechanical/hydraulic knowledge. • Support training audits and perform ad‑hoc tasks for the Quality manager.

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with prior manufacturing experience and training background, strong attention to detail, initiative, excellent computer and communication skills, and good teamwork. Knowledge of machines or the industry is advantageous.
