About the Role
The Lead Project Management Specialist will plan, direct, and ensure successful project outcomes using company resources. The role works directly with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring activities are reported to the customer and performed according to specifications and contract terms. What You Bring
Key duties include ownership of total project execution, performance, and safety, as well as coordinating matrix reports from various functions. The specialist communicates milestones, status updates, and potential escalation issues to all concerned parties. Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills are required to conduct meetings with customers and end users. Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities are essential. Candidates must hold an engineering degree and have 8‑10 years of relevant project management experience, including exposure to original equipment manufacturing and the pump/valve/turbine domain. Excellent estimating, scheduling, risk, and change management skills are required. Experience managing new‑equipment projects and a proactive, adaptable personality are also essential. Proven ability to deliver results in complex, multi‑disciplinary environments is expected. • Own total project execution, performance, and safety. • Hold an engineering degree with 8‑10 years of project management experience. • Experience in original equipment manufacturing and pump/valve/turbine domains. • Skilled in estimating, scheduling, risk, and change management.
