About the Role
The Office Support role in the Business Support department manages the front office, greets visitors, handles calls, maintains reception areas, coordinates office supplies, travel arrangements and other administrative tasks. • Manage front‑office reception, welcome guests, and maintain a tidy, safe environment. • Answer telephone calls, take messages, and handle mail and deliveries. • Format documents, prepare reports, and perform printing, binding, and other admin tasks. • Maintain Excel spreadsheets, logs, and office‑supplies inventory; oversee purchasing. • Coordinate building‑maintenance requests with facility management. • Arrange travel bookings, including hotels, air, and ground transport. • Organise lunches, workshops, celebrations and health‑and‑safety trainings. • Serve refreshments to guests and senior management during meetings and events.

What You Bring
The successful candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, demonstrates strong time‑management, can work under pressure and multitask, and has advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • Demonstrate excellent time‑management and the ability to multitask under pressure. • Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
