About the Role

• Disassemble, inspect, reassemble, and test hydraulic pumps and motors • Service hydraulic control valves, including electrical components • Conduct failure analysis and prepare detailed reports • Read, interpret, and apply Caterpillar hydraulic schematics • Connect, disconnect, and interpret pressure gauges for diagnostics • Work with open‑ and closed‑loop hydrostatic systems • Use forklifts and overhead cranes to safely handle components • Maintain accurate records in Caterpillar software (SIS 2.0, Salesforce, PowerTest) • Ensure all repairs meet Caterpillar safety and performance standards

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Strong mechanical aptitude with proven hydraulic system experience • Proficiency with Caterpillar SIS 2.0, Salesforce, and PowerTest • Experience with electrical systems and hydraulic diagnostics • Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes • Ability to perform detailed disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of hydraulic components • Strong attention to detail and ability to read hydraulic schematics • Team player with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
