About the Role
• Manage all activities for multiple Accounts Payable inboxes, including invoice inquiries and processing invoices. • Collaborate with regional AP/Treasury for requests not processed via US speedchart. • Coordinate with leaders/approvers to ensure accurate financial coding. • Work with vendors to resolve issues. • Coordinate PO creation across US, EMEA, and APAC regions. • Onboard and update vendors across US, EMEA, and APAC regions. • Manage invoice approvals in PeopleSoft. • Partner with Finance and Controllership teams to ensure accurate monthly accruals and budget adherence. • Analyze processes, recommend improvements, and manage internal controls. • Perform ad‑hoc data and project analysis as needed.

What You Bring
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Business Operations Analyst 2 to join the Operations team within JLL Technologies’ Technology Engineering Group. The role provides accounts payable support to JLLT teams, handling invoice processing, wire transfers, payment inquiries, and speedchart/PO creation while adhering to internal policies. Success in this position requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and solve problems independently. • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Accounts Payable. • Experience in large global organizations with dispersed teams and complex technical environments. • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and identify feasible solutions. • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. • Proficiency with MS Office Suite. • Proficiency with Adobe. • Experience with PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 (a plus).

Benefits
The estimated annual compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, with final packages determined by qualifications, location, market conditions and internal considerations. This role is remote‑eligible for candidates in Chicago, IL, or San Francisco, CA.
