About the Role

The role focuses on selling Lee Company's value proposition to facility owners or managers using a consultative selling approach, with an emphasis on preventative maintenance HVAC agreements. The successful candidate will execute the full sales process to cultivate, qualify, and close new opportunities within an assigned geographic area and achieve profitable growth and volume goals across all Facility Services offerings. • Sell preventative maintenance HVAC agreements using a consultative approach. • Cultivate, qualify, and close new sales opportunities within an assigned territory. • Achieve profitable growth and volume goals across all Facility Services offerings.

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, and candidates must have at least three years of progressive field sales experience, including a minimum of one year selling similar services or projects. Key abilities include in‑depth knowledge of the industrial/commercial HVAC sales industry and client relations, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the capacity to learn company‑specific applications. LEED certification is preferred but not required. • Minimum three years progressive field sales experience, with at least one year in similar services. • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred. • Deep knowledge of industrial/commercial HVAC sales and client relationship management. • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; able to learn company software. • LEED certification preferred, not required.
