About the Role

The Industrial Property Management team in Northern San Diego, based near La Jolla, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee an institutional portfolio of industrial assets. This role focuses on maximizing net operating income and asset value while managing day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial reporting. As a Property Manager you will lead a team, ensure client and tenant satisfaction, and handle budgeting, capital‑improvement projects, and financial statements. You will act as the primary communicator with building owners and tenants, develop strategic, collaborative solutions, and drive cultural initiatives that promote an energized, inclusive environment. • Provide direct management oversight for assigned industrial properties. • Maximize net operating income (NOI) and overall asset value. • Oversee property operations, maintenance, and client/tenant relations. • Support leasing, marketing, and accounts payable/collections activities. • Prepare annual budgets, financial reports, and CAM reconciliations. • Manage risk, compliance, and financial reporting requirements. • Lead and develop a team of property‑management professionals. • Coordinate tenant improvements and capital‑improvement projects. • Communicate effectively with building owners, tenants, and vendors. • Implement new technology and data tools to improve property performance.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (preferred), has at least three years of commercial property management experience, and possesses strong financial acumen with expertise in budgets and CAM reconciliations. A California Real Estate License is required within 120 days, along with proficiency in property‑management platforms such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI, and excellent relationship‑building and tech‑savvy skills. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 3 years commercial property‑management experience. • Must obtain California Real Estate License within 120 days of hire. • Proficient with Yardi, Kardin, or MRI property‑management software. • Strong relationship‑building, verbal and written communication skills. • Tech‑savvy with a track record of achieving results in fast‑paced environments.
