About the Role
Reliance seeks motivated Inside Sales Representatives to exceed customer experience and sales expectations by delivering best‑in‑class service, managing inbound calls, and promoting the commercial value proposition. The role involves meeting monthly sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, communicating across internal departments, and contributing to team improvements. • Deliver best‑in‑class service courteously to internal and external customers. • Manage incoming calls and provide solutions that drive sales. • Maintain in‑depth knowledge of Reliance’s commercial value proposition, products, and services. • Meet and surpass monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. • Keep expert‑level product and service knowledge. • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure outstanding experiences and retention. • Resolve customer disputes and complaints within company guidelines. • Contribute to continuous team improvements and business performance. • Provide necessary tools, training, and development programs.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have at least two years of inside sales or B2B experience, strong problem‑solving and customer‑service skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems. Bilingualism in English and French, HVAC or service‑plan knowledge, and a proactive, adaptable attitude are assets. • Communicate verbal and written information with internal partners regarding customer interactions. • Minimum 2+ years of inside sales or B2B experience. • Industry knowledge or experience with HVAC and service protection plans (preferred). • Bilingual English/French proficiency (asset). • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and customer‑service skills. • Adaptable, responsive, and embraces change. • Ability to recognize and address performance challenges. • Proficient with PC, MS Office, CRM, and quick to learn new systems. • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
