Job Highlights
About the Role
We assist and support teams in providing cost management services from inception to completion across a range of sectors. • Assist with feasibility studies, procurement strategies, contract selection and production of procurement reports • Aid the application of value‑management techniques at project outset • Provide estimating and cost‑planning support for the final cost plan • Involve in the procurement process, ensuring effective pre‑qualification, enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation • Support preparation of contract documents, warranties, bonds, licenses, valuations and adjust variations per contract terms • Work with the Cost Consultant to deliver cost‑control and reporting services during the contract • Analyze and support preparation of financial reports for the client as required • Identify all costs associated with design changes, contract awards, construction activities and client charges • Assist with issuance of certificates of practical completion and agreement of final accounts • Support the Cost Consultant with certificates of making good defects and final completion requirements • Provide assistance and support to the Cost Consultant and team in delivering cost‑management services • Develop working relationships with internal stakeholders • Collaborate with team members on operational delivery of regional strategy • Provide guidance and coaching to junior roles • Work collaboratively toward net‑zero carbon transition, identifying and managing associated emissions and reductions
