About the Role
The Warehouse Supervisor will lead warehouse employees, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards, collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize assignments, and meet customer and production demands. They will drive continuous improvement and act as the first point of contact for warehouse technicians. Key duties include assigning tasks, overseeing inventory accuracy and stock audits, maintaining safety through regular checks, supporting system and procedure issues, onboarding new technicians, conducting performance reviews, managing schedules and coverage, and complying with environmental health and safety policies. • Supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. • Assign duties and monitor performance to meet operational and delivery requirements. • Drive continuous improvement of warehouse processes and develop new procedures. • Oversee inventory accuracy, conduct periodic stock audits, and resolve system issues. • Conduct regular safety checks, perform risk assessments, and address hazards promptly. • Serve as first point of contact for warehouse technicians for system and procedure queries. • Onboard and train new technicians, and deliver performance reviews. • Manage schedules, including holiday coverage, to ensure adequate staffing. • Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health and Safety policies and regulations.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least five years of relevant experience, a team‑management background, bilingual French/English proficiency, strong communication and relationship‑building skills, and proficiency with SAP, Excel, PowerBI, and a valid driver’s license. Flexibility, self‑motivation, and the ability to make decisions under uncertainty are essential. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations. • Proven experience managing teams. • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written). • Proficiency with SAP (implementation experience a strong asset), Excel (intermediate), PowerBI. • Strong communication, active listening, and relationship‑building skills. • Flexible, self‑motivated, with strong initiative and time‑management abilities. • Ability to make decisions under uncertainty. • Valid driver’s license in good standing.
