About the Role

The role is to own the delivery of a first‑class customer experience throughout the purchase of a new home and to ensure sales meet or exceed targets while maximising profit for the business. • Manage the entire home purchase process, serving as the primary contact from first contact to completion. • Promote company‑recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to meet purchasing deadlines. • Meet all administrative and reporting requirements per company policy. • Conduct market research, price benchmarking, advertising and other marketing activities to sustain the sales pipeline. • Prospect target customers, schedule appointments and follow up leads to achieve sales targets and measure customer satisfaction. • Conduct home inspections, introduce customers to their new home and provide after‑care at defined intervals. • Ensure health and safety of customers, colleagues and visitors on site in line with legal and company standards. • Adhere to company procedures, performance standards and the Sales Manual.
