About the Role

The Senior Military Acquisitions Action Officer and Team Lead will support USCYBERCOM’s Capability and Acquisition Directorate, leading the Directors Actions Group (DAG) through the full spectrum of task and project management. This role involves providing technical and functional expertise, overseeing internal task management systems, and coordinating with senior government leadership to align priorities and strategic communications. • Provide technical and functional expertise in service strategy, policy development, planning, and operational execution. • Review documents, analyze issues, prepare comments, and coordinate policy, legislation, and decision memoranda. • Oversee internal task management systems (WMS, ETMS2, JIRA) to track actions across the directorate. • Draft and coordinate point papers for USCYBERCOM J9 leadership and engage with senior government officials. • Assist leadership in implementing command initiatives, concepts of operation, and cyber doctrine. • Lead cross‑functional teams, drive innovation, and serve as liaison to improve business processes and SOPs. • Prepare and brief DAG priorities to Directorate leaders weekly and coordinate stakeholder engagement sessions. • Compile hiring and staffing requirements for the DAG team and partner with Parsons Talent Acquisition. • Support contract program management office with data calls, monthly reporting, and forecasting.

What You Bring

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required. • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years relevant experience. • Minimum 8 years experience in large organizations/projects and 3 years personnel management with senior leaders. • Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline is desired. • Proficiency with Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft SharePoint, including permissions management. • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and collaborative teamwork.
