About the Role

• Operate telephone and paging systems, transmitting calls and messages promptly • Greet and direct visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner • Ensure residents and guests sign in and out of the house • Answer inquiries following HIPAA‑compliant procedures • Handle inquiries positively and obtain necessary follow‑up information • Notify the Supervisor in Charge of bell calls in a timely manner • Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies • Enter transportation requests for medical appointments
