About the Role
As a Seasonal Lifeguard at Elara Resort, you will be responsible for maintaining pool safety and ensuring guests enjoy a secure environment. You will monitor guests, perform rescues when needed, and enforce local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. The role is essential to delivering unforgettable vacation experiences for owners and guests. • Greet guests and owners with a friendly demeanor. • Coordinate all pool activities. • Provide emergency care and treatment support. • Respond to incidents and emergencies throughout the pool area. • Notify authorities and complete written reports on accidents, hazards, and suspicious activity. • Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lb without assistance.

What You Bring
