About the Role

The Cleaner works under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor at C&W Services, performing custodial duties in line with company standards and procedures. The role ensures the building’s interior spaces, including floors, furnishings, restrooms, and entryways, are kept clean, well‑maintained, and presentable for occupants and visitors. • Sweep, mop, and polish interior floors using commercial buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas, and spot‑clean or shampoo them as directed. • Dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, light fixtures, and perform periodic high‑dusting. • Clean interior glass, windowsills, doors, and entrance glass surfaces. • Maintain restrooms by wiping surfaces, restocking paper supplies, cleaning tiles, and reporting fixture issues. • Collect building trash daily, replace liners, and manage waste containers. • Remove snow and ice from building entrances and walkways as needed. • Perform periodic tasks such as leather polishing, wall washing, and wood surface care. • Operate portable backpack‑style vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment safely. • Follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and cooperate as part of a team.
