About the Role
The Technician 1 role focuses on preventive maintenance and repairs of the company's fleet, which primarily consists of aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and, at specialty locations, large generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil‑and‑gas equipment. Technicians work in a safety‑focused environment to minimize downtime and must be able to handle indoor and outdoor tasks, including lifting 50 lb or more. • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management • May need to provide tools of trade

What You Bring
Applicants need at least a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred, and 1–3 years of experience servicing diesel, heavy construction, or specialty line equipment. Key competencies include knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, troubleshooting fundamentals, flexibility with shifting priorities, and, where required, bilingual communication. • Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models & equipment • High school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training desired • 1 to 3 years of Technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas equipment) strongly preferred • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals • Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs
