About the Role
The electrical team delivers full‑range services from load analysis to complex system design, emphasizing green building. Engineers work on power generation and distribution, lighting, fire alarms, security, and access control, handling voltage classes from 120 V up to 765 kV, substation design, renewable integration, and building upgrades. The role involves assisting the architectural application of electrical engineering, creating specifications, ensuring code compliance, developing proposals, and performing field inspections. The engineer will also research materials, suggest process improvements, and stay current with industry developments. • Assist in architectural electrical design (power systems, lighting, generators, campus infrastructure) • Evaluate and apply building codes to create/modify designs and drawings • Participate in design development and create electrical specification packages • Verify code compliance for all design aspects • Develop project proposals, client presentations, and attend meetings • Perform field inspections, measurements, calculations and document findings • Propose new ideas, stay informed on practice developments, and view obstacles as opportunities

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and have at least eight years of architectural electrical design experience, preferably with industrial projects. Proficiency with AGI Lighting and Revit, CAD skills, and the ability to research codes and coordinate with clients and teams are required. A PE license, mentoring ability, and strong communication skills are valued. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering • Minimum 8 + years of architectural electrical design experience, especially industrial projects • Proficiency in AGI Lighting Software and Revit (preferred) • Strong CAD skills and ability to research code provisions and product information • Ability to coordinate communication among clients, project managers, and teams • Willingness to mentor junior designers or interns • Professional Engineer (PE) license (plus but not required) • Excellent English reading, writing, and verbal communication

Compensation ranges from $106,600 to $140,000 annually, depending on qualifications.
