About the Role
• Load and unload equipment. • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and staging (5x7x16). • Level ground for scaffolding installation. • Perform general cleanup, debris removal, sweeping, washing, and disposal. • Place, push, pull, and shovel concrete. • Provide work direction and guidance to Laborer I, II, Helpers, and Apprentice. • Collaborate effectively with diverse team members and organizational levels. • Operate power and hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies. • Perform repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements.

What You Bring
