About the Role
The Environmental team, comprising over 140 professionals across 22 offices, provides integrated planning, permitting, and compliance solutions for infrastructure projects throughout North America, guiding clients through NEPA, ecological assessments, and remediation efforts in transportation, power, water, and facilities markets. Key responsibilities include providing technical support for wetland and stream disturbances, conducting delineation fieldwork, delivering services on time and within budget, independently solving scientific problems, authoring technical reports and NEPA documents, supporting siting studies and permit reviews, assessing and monitoring mitigation projects, communicating with clients and regulators, contributing to business development and proposal preparation, collaborating across business lines, managing project finances, and adhering to health, safety, security, and environmental contract specifications.

Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in a related discipline and GIS experience. The position is full‑time, based in Owings Mills, MD, with core business hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and requires successful completion of a criminal background check.

Benefits
