About the Role

The Field Services Technician will commission equipment and provide post‑sales service, working both independently and with the team. The role requires sound judgment, reliable self‑motivation, and the ability to maintain high service standards with minimal supervision. • Check in with manager daily and complete all company‑provided forms. • Perform scheduled tasks, obtain client signatures, and record time using plant time clocks and ADP app. • Submit paperwork and receipts in sequential order, ensuring job numbers are included. • Assist fellow field technicians, respond to office emails/calls promptly, and keep manager informed of status. • Secure necessary parts and tools, report warranty repairs, and consult supervisor when uncertain. • Train Level 1 Field Service Technicians and model company policies, including NDAs and safety practices. • Travel to local, domestic, and international job sites; on‑call and overtime as needed.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED; registered apprentice in Electrical or HVAC. • Knowledge of basic electrical/control systems, HVAC, 3‑phase vs. single‑phase wiring, Ohm’s law, and ability to use a multimeter. • Ability to read mechanical drawings, maintain records, and prepare reports. • Valid driver’s license and passport; aptitude for independent work and communication skills. • Ability to lift 40 lb and work at heights; familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office. • Must pass a DoD background check (U.S. citizenship required). • Certified refrigeration/HVAC technician, controls technician, electrician journeyman, or related trade (preferred). • Experience in highly sensitive, mission‑critical facilities (preferred). • Required personal protective equipment and uniform; maintain good hygiene.
