About the Role
As a Front Desk Clerk at Via Roma Resort, you will be the welcoming face that help guests and owners create unforgettable vacation memories, delivering warm, professional service from check‑in through check‑out while addressing guest needs to ensure each stay is exceptional. • Efficiently handle check‑ins, check‑outs and process payments accurately • Generate folios and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests • Prepare and restock front‑desk supplies, including arrival packets and local area information • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate team members • Assist the team with additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

What You Bring
Candidates should have strong English communication skills, solid proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, excellent multitasking and organizational abilities, at least six months of customer‑service experience—ideally in hospitality—and flexible scheduling. • Strong written and verbal English communication • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills; prioritize tasks to meet team goals • Minimum 6 months customer‑service experience, preferably hospitality‑facing • Preferred: prior front‑desk/guest services experience • Preferred: experience handling credit‑card transactions • Preferred: background in resort hospitality or related industries
