Ideal candidates will possess strategic advisory capability that can be deployed across service lines and sectors, with specialism in one or more areas such as strategy and investment, construction and productivity, strategic development, asset and portfolio performance, commercial delivery, or change and transformation. Post‑graduate experience in offering strategic advice to consultancy clients is required, whether through project and programme management roles or other capacities. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work strategically amid high complexity and uncertainty. The role demands strong research, analysis, creative ideation and optioneering skills, as well as the ability to produce high‑quality presentations and reports. You should be digitally savvy, comfortable with uncertainty, self‑motivated to learn, and adept at stakeholder engagement and client relationship management while managing multiple short‑term commissions. As an Advisory Consultant you will share knowledge, upskill colleagues and support the development of junior staff, while aligning with Mace values and behaviours.
