About the Role
The Director of Project and Development Services (PDS) will lead large‑scale projects, working closely with project managers, senior project managers, delivery leads, and senior leadership. This role is a pillar of the team, responsible for ownership of project delivery, providing subject‑matter expertise, and ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders. Key responsibilities include establishing clear project objectives, streamlining reporting and communication procedures, building strong client relationships, managing professional consultants and vendor contracts, identifying and mitigating risks, and producing comprehensive project reports and analyses. • Lead and deliver large‑scale project and development services initiatives. • Manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and vendors. • Oversee project organization, reporting, communication, and procedural standards. • Build and maintain strong client relationships by identifying needs and constraints. • Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures. • Prepare project reports, analyses, and performance reviews. • Lead a team of 15‑20 professionals, providing direction and mentorship. • Ensure contract administration complies with legal and commercial requirements. • Work on‑site in Pune, Maharashtra with a 48‑hour weekly schedule.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has 15 to 20 years of experience, preferably in banking client fit‑out projects, a degree in a property‑related discipline, and a proven track record in planning, design, construction, or project management.
