About the Role

The Client Services Specialist supports client and company relations by gathering necessary job data to enable successful execution of assigned work and performs entry‑level design tasks. The position also assists with client communication and documentation to facilitate project progress. In this semi‑routine position, the specialist receives project details, answers customer inquiries, enters data into tracking systems, learns relevant policies, collects site drawings and construction sketches, generates documentation, and completes basic design work while meeting deadlines and supporting management as needed. These activities support the delivery of reliable infrastructure services to the company’s utility customers. • Receive project details, identify job elements, and communicate them to external customers. • Respond to inquiries by researching and providing information to internal and external customers. • Accurately gather and enter data into work‑tracking systems. • Learn company and client policies for developing site designs for gas and electric distribution facilities. • Collect site drawings, construction sketches, and related data for distribution projects. • Generate and review customer‑related documents. • Perform entry‑level design work as assigned. • Provide basic information or screen and forward questions to appropriate personnel. • Meet established deadlines and deliver requested information promptly. • Maintain regular attendance.

What You Bring

The role requires regular attendance, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably 0‑1 year of customer‑service experience. New hires undergo a two‑to‑four‑week orientation and receive training in data gathering and process procedures. Strong communication, basic math, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills are essential. Physical demands involve frequent sitting, standing, walking, and regular use of hands; lifting is limited to up to 10 lb.
