What You Bring

ECS Limited is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Senior Project Engineer to manage key client projects in our Austin office. In this role, you will lead project execution, provide technical oversight, ensure quality control, and mentor junior staff. You will oversee the full lifecycle of projects, develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and plans, perform analyses, supervise field programs, review designs, and support business development while promoting company values and a positive culture. The ideal candidate has at least five years of geotechnical engineering experience, a strong technical aptitude, and a professional engineer license. They possess excellent project management and communication skills, experience leading engineering teams, and knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations. A BS in Civil, Geological Engineering, or a related field is required, with an MS considered a plus. • Require 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience and a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) credential. • Possess strong project management, communication, and team‑leadership skills. • Hold a BS in Civil, Geological Engineering, Geology, or related field; MS preferred.
