About the Role

The role involves assembling clutch components, sub‑assemblies, and full assemblies using specification sheets, drawings, and work instructions. Employees must be cross‑trained to operate multiple assembly stations, including automated and Co‑Bot cells, while adhering to safety, quality, and company policies. Production must meet defined quality and quantity standards, and overtime—including weekends and holidays—may be required. • Assemble clutch components, sub‑assemblies, and assemblies according to specifications. • Operate multiple assembly stations, including automated and Co‑Bot cells. • Follow safety, quality, and company policies while meeting production standards. • Perform lean initiatives such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S+, and TPM. • Conduct minor and preventative maintenance on assigned workstations. • Maintain work area housekeeping and support 5S efforts.

What You Bring

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, and relocation assistance is not available. Only candidates within a 50‑mile radius of the facility are considered, except for active‑duty military members who are exempt from this geographic limitation. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 35 lb regularly (up to 50 lb periodically), stand for up to nine hours with scheduled breaks, and perform motions such as twisting, bending, squatting, and stooping. Employees are expected to maintain workplace housekeeping, support 5S initiatives, and engage in lean activities like Value Stream Mapping, standardized work, and TPM. Minor and preventative maintenance of assigned workstations is also part of the role. • Lift up to 35 lb regularly and up to 50 lb periodically; stand for up to nine hours.
