About the Role
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Supervisor leads the TA Coordinator group, driving operational excellence across Mortenson’s recruiting function. The role supports scalability by improving processes, enhancing candidate experience, and ensuring effective use of recruiting tools and systems. It also oversees tactical execution, team oversight, and internal tool optimization. Key responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, coaching, and supervising the TA Coordinator team to ensure consistent recruiting processes and high‑quality candidate interactions. The supervisor partners with TA leads and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, leads candidate‑experience initiatives, manages the internal vendor tool ecosystem, and provides analytics and insights to improve performance and compliance. • Hire, onboard, supervise, and coach the TA Coordinator team. • Partner with TA Supervisors and stakeholders to streamline recruiting processes. • Lead improvements to enterprise‑wide candidate experience and manage the candidate inquiry inbox. • Serve as the internal point of contact for TA tools and ensure compliance with vendor standards. • Review recruiting metrics, SLA performance, and tool usage to provide actionable insights. • Conduct 1:1 meetings, team meetings, and coaching sessions with TA Coordinators. • Prepare materials and agendas for quarterly and bi‑annual TA tool reviews.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and have at least seven years of recruiting or HR experience. Required skills include strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities, experience with ATS/HRIS platforms, and a track record of coaching teams and driving tool adoption. Preferred qualifications include prior leadership of talent acquisition teams, DEI initiative experience, and certifications such as PHR, SHRM‑CP, or project‑management credentials. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. • 7+ years of recruiting/HR experience with ATS and HRIS platform expertise. • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. • Preferred: leadership of TA teams, DEI initiative experience, PHR or SHRM‑CP certification.

Benefits
The base salary range is $103,200‑$129,000, with higher ranges for certain locations, and the role is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
