About the Role
In this position you will oversee the operation of the concrete batch plant, operate a front‑end loader (training provided), and regularly interact with customers to take orders and schedule deliveries. You will work within a high‑performing team, collaborate with other local plants, demonstrate safety leadership and mentor colleagues, while ensuring all products meet strict quality standards. Monitoring plant equipment, scheduling and performing maintenance, as well as handling manual‑intensive production tasks, are also key duties, culminating in concrete delivery to customers (HR licence required). • Oversee concrete batch plant operations • Operate front‑end loader (training provided) • Take customer orders and schedule deliveries • Collaborate with local plants and support a high‑performing team • Demonstrate safety leadership and mentor staff • Ensure concrete products meet strict quality standards • Monitor equipment and conduct routine maintenance • Manage production tasks involving manual handling • Deliver concrete to customers (HR licence required)
