About the Role

In this position you will oversee the operation of the concrete batch plant, operate a front‑end loader (training provided), and regularly interact with customers to take orders and schedule deliveries. You will work within a high‑performing team, collaborate with other local plants, demonstrate safety leadership and mentor colleagues, while ensuring all products meet strict quality standards.
