About the Role
The Commercial Drywall Finisher will be responsible for the finishing and detailing of drywall in commercial construction projects. This includes applying drywall joint compound, sanding, and ensuring smooth and polished surfaces for final paint or other finishes. The work must be performed using appropriate equipment and the required safety practices in support of RQ’s Mission, Vision, and Values. • Finish and detail drywall by applying joint compound, sanding, and delivering smooth surfaces for paint or other finishes. • Operate required equipment while adhering to safety protocols and RQ’s standards. • Provide proof of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of field or trade experience in commercial drywall installation and finishing. Experience on government, military, or large commercial projects is preferred, and specific training such as trenching and shoring, fall protection, confined‑space and OSHA 10‑hour is advantageous. All candidates must provide proof of identity and U.S. work authorization at hire and must successfully complete a drug screening and a commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense check for access to the military base. • Hold a high school diploma/GED and a minimum of three years' experience in commercial drywall installation and finishing. • Preferred experience includes work on government, military, or large commercial construction projects. • Obtain or possess certifications such as trenching & shoring, fall protection, confined‑space, and OSHA 10‑hour. • Pass a drug screening and a Department of Defense background check for base access.

Benefits
All work is performed on military bases and is paid the required Davis‑Bacon prevailing wage. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
