About the Role
The Community Manager reports to the Regional Manager and is accountable for the full spectrum of on‑site operations—personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administrative and risk management—ensuring compliance with Asset Living policies, safety standards and fair‑housing regulations. • Oversee all on‑site operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration, and risk management. • Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and evaluate staff while ensuring compliance with company policies. • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, monitor rent collection, vendor invoices, and strive to maximize net operating income. • Create and execute yearly marketing and leasing plans; show, lease, and retain residents while addressing complaints. • Lead the property’s emergency response team and ensure timely inspections, maintenance, and repairs. • Maintain accurate administrative and leasing reports; supervise maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation activities.

What You Bring
• Require a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) or equivalent experience; CAM or ARM certification preferred. • Must understand Fair Housing laws, OSHA requirements, and possess basic computer and on‑site software skills. • Physical duties include standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb, ladder use, and ability to work overtime, weekends and on‑call emergencies.

Benefits
