About the Role

Key responsibilities include auditing sales processes for adherence to global quality standards, monitoring CRM data quality, conducting root‑cause analysis on process failures, and supporting internal quality reviews with audit documentation. The specialist ensures compliance with regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001 and GDPR, tracks corrective and preventive actions, and manages the cost of non‑quality. Additionally, the role creates and maintains process maps, applies Lean Six Sigma tools, facilitates workshops, leads quality improvement projects, develops dashboards, gathers Voice of Customer feedback, and produces Adonis process diagrams. • Audit sales processes for compliance with global quality standards. • Monitor and validate CRM data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. • Perform root‑cause analysis on sales process failures. • Support internal quality reviews and prepare audit documentation. • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements. • Track corrective and preventive actions and monitor implementation. • Analyse and reduce cost of non‑quality year over year. • Create and maintain clear process maps and SIPOC/Adonis diagrams for the M&S function. • Apply Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) tools to optimize sales workflows. • Facilitate process‑mapping workshops to standardize practices. • Lead quality improvement projects across regions or product lines. • Develop and maintain quality dashboards to visualize performance trends. • Collect and analyse Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback. • Manage stakeholder relationships with global business leaders and partners. • Utilize MS‑Office, Power BI (or similar BI tools) and SFDC for reporting.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and have experience in quality roles within large sales organizations, including familiarity with SFDC. Proficiency in MS‑Office, Power BI or other business intelligence tools, and a solid understanding of quality management concepts are required. Strong problem‑solving skills using Lean Six Sigma, stakeholder management, and excellent English communication are essential.
